~Smiley is currently 20 months old~
We had a fun tot school this past week with a big highlight on Saturday :)Ocean Theme...
I really wanted to make a the ocean animals tot book for Smiley, but didn't have a laminator until recently, so I decided to extend our ocean theme a little bit :)
Here Smiley is playing with an ocean felt board. He really enjoyed this activity.
We then spent a few days on our ocean animals lap book. You can find it here. Smiley had a great time working on this!

As I had the laminator out already, I decided to also make a fun file folder game. I found this on totally tots! I decided to not glue the anemone in the file folder just yet...
We haven't played with our pom poms in a long time, and this week I decided to bring them back out. Smiley had a blast and played with them for a good 30 minutes.
Sticking tooth picks in a parmesan shaker. Another old favorite :)

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Before I saw that you had a special little addition to your family I was going to post that I love your numbers and letters mat. However your little girly is much more important to oooh and aww over. What a sweetie.
ReplyDeleteOK, I couldn't pay ANY attention to his great activities, I was just scrolling...thinking "where is she, where is she?" Ahh, there she is! Now I can go back and look at the rest of the post!!!

Congratulations on your new baby girl. She is as adorable as her big brother.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!!!! She is just beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteAnd look at you...blogging two days after her birth.
Two days after my youngest was born, I was real close to a break down. it took me 30 minutes to get my oldest "dinner" which consisted of oatmeal. And then I cried the whole time she ate because she had to eat alone while I dealt with fussy babe. Everytime I picture her praying over her "dinner" alone...well thank goodness that's over. LOL
Congrats on your new sweetie! I loved the Ocean tot book, but the link doesnt seem to work :(
ReplyDeleteAwww! How precious! She is beautiful! Congrats mama!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new baby!! I love the idea of making a felt board - I think my daughter would really love it and my local craft store has felt pieces on sale for $.29 each right now. How did you make the board? I'm also going to pick up some pom poms. I think they'll be a big hit too!
